Simply enter the dimensions, weight, and shipping type of your package, and select the suitable carrier from a list. You can print out the shipping labels with AMS customer data on it using your label printer.

Selection of the Shipped Goods
Registering the goods for shipping with AMSLetMeShip is done by scanning barcode on the delivery note or on the worksheet. Alternatively, you could use a list selection.
Shipping Labels and Goods Value
The shipping labels are created directly from within AMS. They are then assigned to an AMS job item. When creating the shipping label, it is possible to specify the (statistical) goods value and the option „secured shipping“.

Tracking and Notifications

Carrier Selection can be Configured in Advance
You can set which carrier should be available for the shipping process in the AMS module Administration. Displaying a complete list from LetMeShip without a pre-selection is also possible.
Shipping Cost Calculation
The calculation of the costs for the goods shipment is done in the LetMeShip account. Applying individual framework contracts or price conditions is possible.
The shipment costs can be directly calculated in the AMS customer invoice if the assignment to a customer or a job is done. AMSLetMeShip also offers the option to add percentage rates to the shipping amount, indicate absolute prices or customer discounts up to setting a free shipping.
Documentation of the Past Shipments
Creating a filterable list of goods sent according to set time frames is possible at any time. It contains label id, carrier tracking number and additional info (e.g. job item number).
